I wholeheartedly believe in the power of human emotion and connection. And in this era of overwhelming digital communication, apps, and AI, human connection has truly become a premium!

When someone feels seen, heard, understood, and valued through genuine communication with another human, emotional connection is the result! And in this state, trust builds. Doors open. People are more open to new ideas. New ways to solve their problems.

THIS is what inspires people and makes them take action.

I spent my career in various sales and marketing roles in the technology industry, where I was once told by a marketing leader, “there’s not supposed to be any emotion in B2B marketing.” So many years later, I am genuinely grateful for that comment. It pushed me to test it.

During my career, I proved that emotion and connection are the keys to marketing and sales. Include clarity, simplicity, and service (that you deliver on) in your messaging, and you have a winning combination that builds a loyal following.

Over the years, I created a simple approach for foundational marketing messaging that works. And now that I have retired from the corporate world, I finally have the opportunity to share it and help others!
